I have worked with Rology for nearly 4 years. From the very beginning, I experienced their incredible culture where the support team went out of their way to make me feel welcome and supported. The team is a pleasure to work with, and from day one it was obvious that their priority is the patients’ safety by ensuring the best quality scans and reports. Their platform is very easy to use. IT backup exists on the rare occasions that it is needed. Another advantage of working with Rology is the flexibility, as I can choose my work hours and take short breaks when I need to. To put it simply, I really do feel like a valued member of Rology team—and I value them in return. I am an Egyptian consultant radiologist for over 20 years. I had an experience working in almost all health sectors in Egypt including private and governmental. I also had experience using PACS systems of several vendors since 2007. I have been working with Rology since 2019 and I can say that it is one of the best radiology platforms I have ever tried. Since then, I have had a 600+ cases monthly workload with them. Having cases from local and international customers and reporting them quite effortlessly is not an easy job. Due to the reliability of their medial administrators and the agility of the technical support team, this has become possible. For as long as I can remember, their system is almost always on and stable. One thing that I appreciate about Rology is the focus on patient care, as is clear in Rology's tagline, "We save lives".
